THE FILM: Written & Directed by Emmy Award winner, Janet Tobias, and narrated by Emmy & Golden Globe award-winning actor Jeffrey Wright, this documentary shadows top pathogen hunters and scientists as they travel the globe to track some of the world’s most threatening emerging infectious diseases. The film takes viewers to the frontlines of health in three human stories that examine the socio-political,economic and health impacts of Zika, Ebola, and Influenza. In the centennial year of the 1918 Influenza Pandemic, it is a critical call for global citizens to take collective action to prevent future epidemics in the 21st century.
