BEE NATION, the opening night feature film at Hot Docs 2017, traces the journeys of several Indigenous children and teens as they compete in the first-ever First Nations Provincial Spelling Bee in Saskatchewan and the national championships in Toronto for the Spelling Bee of Canada.

Christie Pits Film Festival is the signature project of Toronto Outdoor Picture Show, a local non-profit dedicated to sharing quality outdoor cinema with Toronto communities. This summer, Christie Pits Film Festival will present a summer-long weekly series called “Eyes on the Prize”. Check out the full line-up here:
